PerliStream
Your library, anywhere.
A player for your own media. Your films, your series, your recordings and whatever live TV your setup receives live on a PerliStream server that you, or someone in your family, runs on your own hardware. The app signs in to that server and plays what is already yours.
PerliStream supplies no films, series or channels of its own: you need access to a PerliStream server. The apps are coming soon to Google Play.
What it does
Your library
Movies and series with posters, artwork, cast and ratings. Sort, filter and search, pick up where you stopped on any device, and let Surprise me decide.
A proper player
Subtitle and audio track pickers, playback speed and quality while playing, skip intro, and direct play of 4K and HDR where the device can decode it.
Offline
Download a film or an episode, with its subtitles, and watch it with no network at all. Resume works offline too.
Live TV and recordings
A channel list and full guide grid, record now or later or every episode of a series, and rewind live TV. Recordings stay on your server.
On the television
Android TV and Fire TV with full D-pad navigation, a short pairing code to sign in, Chromecast support, and hand-off to another device in the house.
Private by design
Your library, your searches and what you watched stay between the app and your server. No advert ever plays before, during or after anything you watch.
